As it’s proven that writing is an art advantage to a writer is the presentation skills if you lack in presenting things the way it should be as per the writer feelings its waste of time and energy. The impact of such dialogue with your audience is of on use, thus it applies mostly in the corporate world, the writer of the presentation is no the presenter of the presentation its the CEO or the CFO who is the presenter and the writer is not even invited into the meeting room the vigour and commitments he has put in the report go to wane the process follows several-time the contents of the writing and data is lost in the transit, thus effecting the organisation a big way.

The small read is to understand the key Organisational Behaviour wherein we can work on some ideas that will help companies find the right balance in the corporate working world. It’s the cat in the organisation but with a Lion King impact to the Market.

Presentation skills are an essential part of your business arsenal; how well your presentation is written has got only 20% marks how well it’s presented is 80% of augmentation. it’s always the one to one connect the presenter develop which creates an impact on the audience and goes down the history of great speeches. How well you articulate and get the message across makes a big difference in all aspects of your business. It could be speaking to your stakeholders, or at a business conference or networking meets. Your calibre of communication elevates your stature and makes your presentation impactful.

If you great leaders in Corporate and Political arena they are more vocal and interactive; the body language speaks a lot and has got volumes to read the emotions and passion they carry in their speeches and presentation is accurate to move your psychological and social perceived value for a particular subject. There are only one or two punchlines which becomes the key highlight of the speech which is remembered for centuries but if you see the entire 1 hour or more the speech was delivered and the impact boils down to one key liner and its remembered and goes down the history lane. These are examples on social reformist and there are companies and corporations who also have a set of audience to be addressed and there is a connection to be made with the Media and the Investors and the future investors.

Corporate houses are different from the Social Reformist and Political speeches they have to be crispy and non-dramatic as they are more on the figures and projections, whereas the sociopolitical presentation plans are based on historic data and drama and emotions and they try to connect through them with the audience.

Corporate Houses Should keep the key focus on the following points:

The Slides are Key as we all think and the presenters do review their slides ahead of time but may have not put in the hours of practice to achieve precision. Communication is all about the presentation of facts and figures in a given time slot with your audience and warranted their attention and galvanize them to believe in your pitch plan.

A good Corporate speaker will extensively rehearse behind the scenes in order to deliver the finest presentations. It just takes a good amount of practice to attain a level of mastery in the field of oration without missing the passion and emotion to the speech.

Speakers who fluctuate the pace and volume of their voices are more effective, if you observe great world leaders the pitch they delivery are having a high frequency and low frequencies this will gain attention in the audience and they will connect to you. Voice modulation to highlight the key message, and intermittent pauses to stress on a point is an important skill, the presenter will be more impactful when you alternate between a high to low pitch to deliver.

A reference of life examples on a friendly note allows the audience to better relate to your presentation. Unexpected and humorous moments take people by surprise and captures their attention. This phenomenon of getting attached to a story is our inbound habit, and we are always eager to visualize the story and be a part of it thus making a connect the story to be chosen very cleverly to the situation that the key. ‘Our brains are trained to spot something brilliant and new’.

Massive PowerPoint decks no longer amaze the audience. Some of the most memorable speeches in history were among the shortest. Less crowded slides are so much easier to read and assimilate. Keep the presentation short and crisp. Requires intelligent editing skills to cut down excess words and be more involved in the game plan of presenting.
